Symbol specification

In MetaTrader, open the symbol's Specification and check tick size, tick value, minimum volume and volume step. Tick value must be expressed in your account currency for one lot.

Use an estimate for commission and other trade costs. This is not a margin check. Broker specifications and currency conversions can change.

YOUR PLANNED RISK BUDGET₹1,000

₹1,00,000 × 1% = ₹1,000

Complete the trade and symbol fields to calculate a lot size.

READ THIS FIRST

A stop is a plan, not a ceiling.

Real fills can differ from your stop, especially in fast markets. Slippage, gaps, spreads, swaps, fees, leverage and margin requirements can change actual loss. Confirm the symbol values and allowed volume inside your own trading account.
